The world premiere of the satirical show “Alexis & Yanis” written and directed by Alexandre Kollatos will be showing at CliqueArt in Brussels on June 10 and 11.
The show’s genre is political satire presenting “a love story between the Greek prime minister and his economy minister during the negotiations of the Greek debt in 2015,” according to a press release.
The goal of the production is to present a different perspective to the audience of the events that happened during this time of negotiation which ultimately put Greece, the Greek prime minister, Alexis Tsipras and the minister of finance, Yanis Varoufakis under the spotlight of the international media.
